- No. We do pop-ups and private events. See our homepage for a list of upcoming events or contact us to set up a private party.
I own a business. How do we have you do a pop-up at my business?
- We’d love to come to your business! There is no fee to have us come, in fact YOU get freebies for hosting us. Contact us to check availability. We try to make this a mutually beneficial event, meaning we advertise the event to our customers to bring you new customers and vise-versa.
I’m having an MRI or surgery. Will you re-attach my jewelry?
- Yes! If we put it on you originally, there is no charge to get it back on. If another company put it on you originally we’d still be happy to help for a $12 fee per piece.
- TIP- a lot of medical practices will let you actually let you keep your jewelry on. We’ve found the paperwork is just not updated but if you ask you will get the all clear to keep it on.
- If you do have to remove it, simply cut the jump ring (where we welded it) with a wire cutter.
Will I be able to fly with permanent jewelry?
- Absolutely! You will have no issues. We don’t take off our wedding rings to go through TSA and this is the same situation.
Will my jewelry tarnish in a pool or hot tub?
- No, your jewelry will stay looking great as long as the chemicals in the pool are properly balanced. We recommend rinsing them off well as soon as you are done in the pool or hot tub.
How can I clean my jewelry?
- Dawn Dish Soap works surprisingly well. You can use a small brush to get in every surface, then rinse well.
- We also recently discovered a new cleaner that can be used on any metal type called Shinery. It is available in both a wipe and a liquid. Find it on Amazon.
